321-Key Full Service Hotel
Complete Room & Suite Renovation

PK SPACES completed a full FF&E renovation of all 321 guestrooms and suites, delivering custom millwork, manufacturing, logistics, and installation through a synchronized dual-region production strategy across Brazil and Asia. Renovation was completed three weeks ahead of schedule, with every room fully installed on brand while maintaining the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and operational efficiency.

100-Key Hampton by Hilton — First CALA Prototype Build

PK SPACES delivered the first Hampton by Hilton CALA Prototype, providing value engineering, global manufacturing coordination, logistics, and installation for a complete guestroom and public-space FF&E package. Leveraging the PK Optimize process and a multi-country manufacturing strategy, the team delivered a fully brand-compliant hotel on time, on budget, and ready to serve as a prototype for future Hampton by Hilton developments across the CALA region.

For the first Tru by Hilton in Honduras, PK SPACES delivered a fully value-engineered FF&E package that balanced brand compliance, cost efficiency, and speed to market. Leveraging a strategic multi-country manufacturing network, the team optimized production for cost, lead time, and quality while maintaining Hilton's strict brand standards. The result was a 29% reduction in FF&E costs, an on-time hotel opening, and a successful prototype for future Tru by Hilton developments.
